Oh no, I did not use the metro so I did not know.. My hotel was U232 which was not my wish. It happened out of my own carelessness a la xarxa:-) I thought it was a CODE!!!

To Merike: I thought of you the last week, but could not find your email in which you said at what hotel you would stay. I hope you enjoyed your stay.
ResponEliminaThank you! I loved every minute, also the rainy days! I met two new friends from the blogs. My only sorrow was that I could not persuade my husband to meet them. We spoke in French which he does not understand. Languages are important:-) I bet I have not told the name of the hotel to you as it was a surprise to me, too:-D I thought I was going to be in H 10 Montcada.. The next time I will try with better luck to make my reservation more carefully. My hotel was excellent but too far away from the places I love. The bus and the taxi were my means of travel. And once we walked.. It took 50 minutes to the Placa Catalunya. My friends drove me to the mountain where I never visited before and the huge tower de Collserola, sensational views, I will forever remember that day!! I watched TV on the rainy day and the horrible school massacre had happened in Finland. We didn't have any news in English but even the CNN was Spanish. My favourite channel among the few was 33, in català. I started to recognize the pronunciation.. Terribly excited:-) Fins aviat!
